The same blend of cacao we use to make our chocolate, includes Forestero, Trinitario, Criollo, and our own hybrid Kona Gold.  These nibs are perfect for getting the health benefits of cacao with nothing added.  As with all of our cacao it is grown and processed by our family on our Big island farm.
