Roughly ground 100% cacao from nibs grown (with no pesticides or spays) and harvested by us on our Big Island farm. Made from the same blend of cacao varieties we use to make our own chocolate. It is a favorite of those who make ceremonial cacao or prefer a 100% cacao for health or baking.
