Above you can see cacao in different steps to becoming chocolate: from tiny flowers, to the beginnings of a pod, large beautiful ripe pods being picked and hauled out of the field, and drying after fermentation and before roasting. There is also a tray of seedlings and a young tree being planted in the O'hia understory. Below is a video of a cacao tree loaded with nearly ripe pods and if you turn the volume on you'll hear a cacophony of coqui frogs.
